No. If the post isn't visible when logged out, it cannot be read — and we never ask you for Instagram credentials to work around that.

What resolution do Reels come in?

Usually 1080 × 1920 at the bitrate Instagram re-encoded on upload. That re-encode is theirs; nothing can restore detail lost before publishing.

Can I take only the audio from a Reel?

Instagram publishes one link shape for several kinds of media, so the first job is working out what a given /p/ or /reel/ URL actually points at before listing anything.
