1The download has video but no sound
CauseAbove 720p most platforms store video and audio as separate streams; a tool that fetches only the video URL produces a silent file.FixUse a rung from the Video tab here — the two streams are merged before the file is handed over. If you only need sound, the Audio tab gives you the track on its own.
2The resolution I want isn't listed
CauseNothing can create a quality the uploader never published. A 720p source has no 1080p version anywhere.FixTake the highest rung shown. If a platform page claims HD but the list stops lower, the HD rendition may still be processing on their side — try again in a few minutes.
3“This video is private”
CausePrivate accounts, friends-only posts and password-protected videos are unreadable without credentials we never ask for.FixConfirm the link opens in a logged-out browser window. If it doesn't, no downloader can reach it — ask the owner for the file instead.
4“We're being rate-limited by the source”
CausePlatforms throttle bursts of requests. It's a temporary block, not a ban, and not caused by anything you did.FixWait a minute and try the same link again. The button shows a countdown when the server tells us how long to wait.
5“We're at capacity right now”
CauseEvery download slot is busy. We refuse new work rather than let everyone's downloads crawl.FixTry again in a minute. Nothing you queued is lost — downloads already running carry on.
6“This download has expired”
CauseFinished files are kept for a limited time and then deleted from storage.FixPaste the link again and start a fresh download.
